Manufacturer's Description
LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures takes the fun and creative construction of LEGO and combines it with the wits, daring and non-stop action from the original cinematic adventures that enthralled audiences everywhere (Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade). With a unique tongue-in-cheek take on the original adventures, LEGO Indiana Jones follows Dr. Jones escapades through the jungles of South America to the mountaintops of India.

Dads Space Review:
We may have been a bit disappointed by the man in the hat’s return to the big screen this summer, but this small screen videogame adventure certainly hits the spot. Made by the same people who created the Lego Star Wars games, Lego Indiana Jones perfectly captures the spirit of Harrison Ford’s grizzled adventurer.
You can play through the stories of each of the classic Indiana Jones trilogy, with all the classic set-pieces intact, and the emphasis is firmly on puzzling and teamwork rather than combat. Don’t worry though, you’ll get plenty of opportunity to use Indy’s whip, and if you get the Wii version of the game, you can crack it simply by waving the controller around.
The Lego games are fantastic fun on your own, but the best thing about them is that they’re great fun to play through with your kids. Two players can take part at the same time, and with all characters having infinite lives (dying just sees your character re-appear in a safe spot on the screen), there’s very little frustration for the little ones.
Although the game is aimed at kids aimed 7+, there’s no content that will upset younger children, and you may be surprised how well even 5 year olds can play the game. If you’re not into games yourself, or you’re looking for something safe to play with your kids, you really can’t do much better than this. Be warned though, some of the puzzles can be a little tricky, so check out the guide on our links list to the right if you get stuck. Happy adventuring!
