Dads-Space privacy policy (Open Access Site)

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on every page of the Dads-Space website.

Under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. We do not pass on your details to any third party or government department unless you give us strict permission to do so.

When you supply any personal information to us (by contacting the site or submitting a question through the Help Desk) we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. We must collect the information fairly, explaining how we will use it and letting you know if we want to pass the information on to anyone else. In general, any information you provide will only be used by Dads-Space. It will never be supplied to anyone not directly connected with the Dads-Space service without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it. We will, in future, be publishing a newsletter which you may subscribe to, and may occasionally operate on line surveys amongst subscribers. We will never sell or share our members e-mail addresses.
